Cops and Karens is owned and operated by MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC ("we," "us"). By using Cops and Karens, you agree to the following terms.

Responsible use

Cops and Karens is a tool for local awareness and responsible community reporting. It is not intended to encourage unsafe, reckless, or unlawful riding, or to interfere with law enforcement activity. Reports should be accurate and made in good faith.

Crowdsourced content

Map reports are submitted by other users and are not verified by us before appearing on the map. Use your own judgment when relying on any report.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false reports, harass other riders, or use the app in any way that violates local law. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for misuse.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for decisions made based on map content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
